Terms of Service for Commissions

1. Copyright and Usage Rights

• The Artist retains full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork.
• The commissioned piece is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• The Client may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or profit from the artwork without obtaining a commercial license from the Artist.
• The Artist reserves the right to post the artwork publicly (e.g., on social media or in portfolios), unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

2. Age Requirement

By commissioning the Artist, the Client confirms that they are of legal age (at least 18 years old or older). The Artist will not accept commission inquiries from individuals under the legal age.

3. Payment and Refunds

• All prices are in USD and payable via PayPal.
• Payment is typically required upfront or split as agreed between the Artist and the Client.
• The Artist reserves the right to terminate the commission at any point and for any reason. If this occurs, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the stage of completion.
• No refunds will be provided once the artwork is fully completed and delivered, unless there are extenuating circumstances determined at the Artist's discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

• If the commission includes the use of any copyrighted characters, trademarks, logos, or other protected media, the Client is solely responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions.
• The Artist is not responsible for any legal issues that arise due to the unauthorized use of copyrighted material provided by the Client.

5. Revisions and Approval

• Minor revisions may be allowed during the sketch or early coloring stages. Major revisions or excessive changes may incur additional fees.
• Once the final artwork is approved and delivered, no further changes will be made.

6. Turnaround Time

The turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the piece and the Artist's schedule. Estimated delivery times will be provided, but are not guaranteed. Delays due to illness, emergencies, or other obligations will be communicated as soon as possible.

7. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the commission or the Client's use or misuse of the commissioned artwork.

8. Prohibited Content

• Hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Illegal or non-consensual content
• Material that violates the terms of service of relevant platforms or payment providers

9. Agreement

By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to all of the above terms. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the Client's responsibility to review the latest version prior to commissioning.
